Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take longer than usual. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer international shipping with FedEx (5-8 business days), and domestic shipping with GLS (1-2 business days). 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please contact FedEx with your tracking number. 

Returns/Exchange/Refund:

We offer returns or exchanges only on domestic (EU) orders within 14 days of delivery. 

International orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs, including any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These costs will not be reimbursed. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. 

Certain products cannot be returned , refunded or exchanged, including:

• Gift cards, gift items
• SALE items
• Opened or used products (unless damaged or defective)
• Customized or personalized items

1 - How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email with your tracking ID, which you can track with FedEx.

2 - How do I return my item(s)?

We have a 14-day return policy FOR EU COUNTRIES ONLY. If you wish to return an item, please send an email to info@alitewear.com with your order number.
International orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

3 - When will I receive my order?

Enter your address at checkout to see the estimated delivery date.
After placing an order, it will take up to 24 hours to process your order. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link to track your order with FedEx. Normally, delivery takes 5-8 business days for international orders, and 1-2 business days for domestic ones.
