Return & Exchange Policy
At ALITE WEAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy below:
Please note that SALE items are NOT refundable.
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it at your own cost. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
- In the original packaging.
- Not a SALE item.
Return Process:

Contact us: Please send an email to info@alitewear.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number.

Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will send you a return authorization, and instructions for sending the item back.

Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using ONLY UPS. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we are happy to assist! Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please follow the return process above and make a new order with the desired size and colour.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Opened or used products (unless damaged or defective)
- Customized or personalized items
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund. Please provide pictures of the defect or damage for our reference.
Refunds:
Once your return is processed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after the expected processing time, please first check your bank account. If it’s still not showing up, please contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@alitewear.com with your order number.
