Shipping
Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure that your order is processed and delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take longer than usual. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer international shipping with UPS, and domestic shipping with GLS.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please contact UPS with your tracking number.
Customs and import fees:
All orders from ALITE WEAR are shipped from Denmark, Scandinavia. Therefore, if you reside outside of the EU & Schengen, you may be subject to additional import fees, depending on your location. These import fees (Customs Duty) are charged by the local customs authority and are by no means the responsibility of ALITE WEAR. How much you pay depends on your location, the value of the goods and the type of goods. See more below.
What happens if I refuse to pay the customs duty?:
If you refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned to ALITE WEAR, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund, and might be very high depending on the country you are located in. If you’re unsure whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Order Issues & Delays:
If there are any issues with your order, such as a lost or delayed shipment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed or lost during transit but will do our best to support you.
Changes to Your Order:
Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to modify the shipping address or cancel the order. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you before the order is shipped.
Lost or Damaged Items:
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
