Frequently Asked Questions

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped during business hours on weekdays, excluding holidays.

We ship all European orders with FedEx Express, with delivery typically taking 1 to 3 business days.

For all other countries, we use FedEx International shipping. Delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

Please Note: Customs clearance is handled by the destination country's customs authority and is outside of our control. Delivery estimates do not include potential customs processing delays.

While purchasing, we include all additional costs (Tax, Duties, Shipping) so you won't need to pay anything additional upon receiving.

 IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

  • If customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not paid, the shipment may be refused and returned to us by the carrier.
  • If a package is returned due to unpaid customs charges:

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable
    Any return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier fees incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund
    We are not responsible for delays, refused shipments, or additional charges resulting from unpaid customs fees
    We do not reship returned international orders

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We offer returns or exchanges only on domestic (EU) orders within 14 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • In the original packaging. 
  • Not a SALE item. 

International orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

All sale items, limited-edition drops, and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Initiate your exchange by emailing us at info@alitewear.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
Follow the instructions provided by our support team to ship the item back to us.

Exchanges must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your return label, or the exchange may be cancelled.
Upon receiving the item back at our warehouse, please allow 10-15 business days for us to process the exchange.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to an exchange/return.

A refund can be issued in the case of a defective item or a wrong item shipped to the customer. To apply for a refund, email us at info@alitewear.com with your order number and the reason for the refund (if it's a defect/damage, please provide photos). You will have to ship the item back to us at your own cost.

Once your return is processed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, including:

  • Gift cards and gift items
  • Sale items
  • Opened or used products (unless damaged or defective)
  • Customized or personalized items

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses or packages that cannot be delivered as a result.

Near each product, we have a "sizing chart" that shows all sizes in cm.

We can also help you to find the perfect size, length, style, and color of your shorts. For assistance, email us at info@alitewear.com.

To maintain fabric quality, fit, and color, follow these care instructions:

  1. Turn boardshorts inside out before washing
  2. Spot treat stains with a stain remover if needed
  3. Either remove the drawstrings or tie them securely
  4. Wash in a mesh laundry bag or with a small load of gentle items
  5. Use the delicate cycle with cold water only
  6. Hang dry to avoid shrinking or fabric damage
