Returns/Exchange/Refund:
We offer returns or exchanges only on domestic (EU) orders within 14 days of delivery.
International orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email with your tracking ID, which you can track with FedEx.

We have a 14-day return policy FOR EU COUNTRIES ONLY. If you wish to return an item, please send an email to info@alitewear.com with your order number.

After placing an order, it will take up to 24 hours to process your order. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link to track your order with FedEx. Normally, delivery takes 5-8 business days for international orders, and 1-2 business days for domestic ones.
