Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please contact UPS with your tracking number.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking ID, which you can track with UPS.

2 - How do I return my item(s)?

We have a 14 day return policy. If you wish to return an item, please send an email to info@alitewear.com with your order number.

3 - When will i receive my order?

Enter your adress at checkout to se the estimated delivery date.
After placing an order, it will take up to 24 hours to process your order. Once the order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link to track your order with UPS.

4 - Should i choose length 15 or 17 inches?

We recommend the following:
If you are 175cm or shorter = 15 inches
If you are 175cm or taller = 17 inches

15 inches = 38cm
17 inches = 43cm
